The Media Directorate of the Ministry of higher education and scientific research:
On Monday, January 23, 2017, a meeting was held between Dr.Youssef Goran, Minister of higher education and scientific research, and Dr.Majid Hamed Majed, Head of the Department of technique in Iraq.
They talked about the situation of Kurdistan region and Dr. Youssef Goran, mentioned that Kurdistan region needs the staff that have Technical and occupational skills for developing our country.
